Freelance Recruiter / Headhunter — Design & Tech



We are looking for a recruiter who can quickly understand the real hiring need, translate it into a clear candidate profile, and find the right people even when they are not actively looking.

Flying Bisons is one of the leading digital agencies in Poland. We design and build digital products for global enterprise clients. As our projects grow, we want to collaborate with a freelance recruiter who understands the design environment and can assess UX portfolios before they reach the Hiring Manager.

This is not a full-time role. We are looking for a freelance partner for a framework collaboration. When a recruitment need appears, we check your availability, align the scope of work, and start the process.

How the collaboration works



We work under a framework agreement with no guaranteed hours.

When a recruitment need appears:

  • we check your availability
  • we align the scope of work
  • we sign a work order
  • we share the hiring brief and start the process
You are paid for the actual hours worked (~80 PLN/h net).
We do not work with success fees and we do not expect unpaid work.

If you are looking for a stable monthly income or a full-time role, this collaboration is probably not the right fit. If you already work with clients and want to take on additional recruitment projects, we would be happy to talk.

Scope of work



Running recruitment processes end-to-end, mainly for design roles such as:

  • UX/UI Designer
  • Product Designer
  • Strategic Designer
Depending on current needs, you may also work on technology and project roles such as:

  • Frontend / Backend
  • Project Manager
  • other roles related to digital product teams
Your work will include:

  • sourcing active and passive candidates (direct search, cold outreach)
  • using Boolean and X-Ray search techniques
  • finding design talent
  • working with an existing candidate database and building talent pipelines
  • reviewing design portfolios from a recruiter’s perspective
  • managing candidates in the ATS (Recruitee)
  • delivering shortlists and candidate recommendations
We focus on the quality of candidates and the outcome of the process rather than activity reporting.

Requirements



Must have:

  • active sole proprietorship / business entity and ability to issue VAT invoices
  • around 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • good understanding of design roles and the ability to review UX portfolios
  • experience with direct search and cold outreach
  • strong English skills (minimum C1)
  • willingness to work in a framework collaboration model (~80 PLN/h)

Your work activities overall will include:

  • Operate within an Agile delivery framework, taking ownership of prioritization and value-driven decision-making;

  • Own, prioritize and maintain the Team Backlog, by creating user stories and ensuring they are ready for development;

  • Monitor the team’s work closely to ensure achievement of PI Objectives and business value delivered via system demonstrations;

  • Participate to PI planning retrospectives, reviews, and other Agile SAFe ceremonies;

  • Review delivered product increments and validate functionalities after each sprint/iteration;

  • Organize live demonstrations of the product at the end of the sprint/iteration;

  • Write and review documentation in English (technical / user stories / studies etc.).

  • Working in an Agile enterprise environment;
  • Certifications in Agile and/or project management methodologies are considered an asset- practical experience with Scaled Agile Framework will be considered a plus;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to discern key issues and deal with them effectively;
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities;
  • Able to work in fast paced and international environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Able to create engaging presentations and present them to business stakeholders, technical teams and management boards.

VOTRE PROFIL

Compétences techniques :

  • Vous avez un diplôme de type bachelier ou une solide expérience technique en développement
  • Vous êtes familier avec les formats de données JSON/XML, la documentation API (swagger, postman, wsdl), SOAP/REST, SQL, les Protocoles HTTP(S)
  • Vous avez une expérience de minimum 5 ans en tant que Technico Functional Analyst
  • Vous possédez une solide expérience dans les activités de testing, notamment dans un rôle de Test Analyst
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée dans un environnement Agile (Scrum)
  • Vous maîtrisez des langages et normes de modélisation tels que UML et BPMN
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils JIRA et Confluence
  • Une expérience avec l’outil Enterprise Architect (EA) est également un plus

Compétences interpersonnelles :

  • Vous faites preuve d’une excellente résilience et êtes à l’aise pour intervenir sur des analyses impliquant des technologies historiques parfois complexes (mainframe), tout en conservant une approche structurée et pragmatique.
  • Doté d’un esprit analytique et critique développé, vous êtes capable de prendre de la hauteur tout en entrant dans le détail lorsque nécessaire.
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication et appréciez le travail en collaboration avec des équipes transverses.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise pour animer des réunions, des ateliers et des présentations avec les clients.
  • Orienté solution, vous gardez vos objectifs en tête et vous organisez efficacement pour respecter les délais.
  • Maîtrise du français requise, avec un bon niveau d’anglais

About the job

The Senior Manager, Asset Management Reporting is a senior role within Tether’s asset management function, responsible for leading portfolio-level reporting and performance analytics across a global, multi-billion, multi asset investment portfolio. The position ensures consistent, high-quality visibility into portfolio performance for senior leadership. The role serves as a central coordination point for asset management reporting, working closely with investment and finance teams to consolidate information, produce structured insights, and maintain disciplined reporting standards across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

� Oversee portfolio-wide asset management reporting, including recurring performance updates and board-level materials.

� Oversee reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics in alignment with asset management standards.

Role Overview

Main Responsibilities

  • Design high-impact visuals for marketing: company logo, social media ads, carousels, stories, PDFs, presentations, email graphics, and more

VirtualResource (VR) is a boutique consultancy supporting companies to maintain and optimise their HR system - Workday - by providing remote based resources to supplement their existing maintenance organisation team. As a VR project manager you will join an exiting portfolio of projects across multiple large global organisations.

What is the role?

As a Workday Programme Manager, you will own and drive a portfolio of Workday transformation and implementation projects, reporting directly to senior leadership and founders on programme status, risks, and outcomes.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring both hands-on delivery expertise and executive-level programme oversight. You will operate across global teams, ensuring successful Workday deployments while aligning business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Flexibility, adaptability, and strong leadership are critical to success. You will navigate complex organisational landscapes, balancing strategic direction with detailed execution, while ensuring governance, quality, and value delivery across the programme lifecycle.

  • Lead a portfolio of Workday programmes/projects end-to-end
  • Drive programme governance, planning, risk, and issue management
  • Partner with global stakeholders and system integrators to deliver implementations
  • Manage cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, and vendors
  • Own programme roadmaps, milestones, and delivery tracking
  • Provide executive reporting and steerco updates
  • Define and communicate programme vision and direction
  • Support change management and business adoption
  • Identify process improvements and delivery efficiencies

As a member of the VR team, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system. Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.

What skills are we looking for?

Our roles are remotely based, meaning you will be working from your home office, connecting with your client and team on a daily basis.

To be successful in this type of environment, you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms and proactively drive process improvements. You will need to be comfortable with video calls and be proactive in keeping communication channels open with your client and team.

Must have Skills Required

  • 5+ years’ programme/project management experience, including Workday implementations
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end Workday deployments
  • Strong knowledge of Workday delivery methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing complex, global programmes
  • Strong capability in risk, issue, and governance management
  • Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams
  • Confident operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Other Qualifications/Skills that will be beneficial but not mandatory

  • Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft)
  • Degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience in post-go-live optimisation or transformation programmes
  • Background in consulting or system integrators

As this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in South Africa, UK or EU so long as you are authorised to work in the country you reside in without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
